Kaila Powell Frasco
Kaila shaped this hat from scratch out of felt. She then decided to fill the top with criss-crossing black and silver chains.
Kaila shaped this hat from scratch using buckram cloth. She then hand sewed a fabric on it that she got from a jacket she already had in her wardrobe. It is finished off with black chains, black studs, and a hand cut, black, faux leather bow.
Kaila created this top hat from scratch out of straw that she bought by the yard. It is lined with black chiffon and has black wire weaved in and out of it. This was Philip Treacy's favorite hat by Kaila when he visited her school. He loved how weightless it is. Philip Traecy is a world renowned milliner.
